FEELING ng aktor at public servant na si Arron Villaflor, may sindikato sa likod ng pagpapakalat sa social media ng kanyang sex video at ng ilan pang male celebrities.
Ayon sa aktor at Tarlac Provincial Board Member, talagang ginawang negosyo ng grupo ng indibidwal ang sunud-sunod na paglabas ng mga video scandal ng ilang kilalang personalidad.
Sa panayam kay Arron ni TV5, sinabi nitong okay naman daw siya ngayon at kasalukuyan nang iniimbestigahan ng mga otoridad ang pagpapakalat ng mga private videos ng mga male celebrities.
Sabi ng binata, sa mga ganitong klase ng isyu at kontrobersya, hindi lang daw mga babae ang pwedeng maging biktima kundi maging mga lalaki rin.
“It turns out na it’s not only women who can become victims, men can be victims also,” pahayag ni Arron.
Aniya, it’s about time na matigil na ang ganitong klase ng pamamahiya at panghaharas sa mga inosenteng tao dahil pinagkakakitaan na raw ito ng mga sindikato.
Malinaw daw na paglabag ito sa batas na may kaugnayan sa unauthorized recording o distribution of private videos na paglabag sa Republic Act 9995.
Wala namang nabanggit sa naturang panayam kung nagsampa na si Arron ng kaso laban sa mga taong nagpakalat ng kanyang private video.
Nauna rito, naglabas na rin ng official statement ang aktor hinggil sa isyu.
“I am formally addressing the unauthorized recording and illegal distribution of private video materials that have been circulating online in recent days.
“The unauthorized recording and distribution of private and intimate content is a clear violation of Republic Act No. 9995 and other laws that protect individuals from digital abuse and violations of privacy,” aniya.
“As both a citizen and a public servant, I strongly condemn the weaponization of private content and all forms of digital violence. No person deserves to have their dignity violated in this way.
“The matter has now been formally referred to the authorities for proper investigation. Out of respect for the legal process, I will refrain from making further comments while the investigation is ongoing,” pahayag ni Arron.
