BINAWI nang tuluyan ng Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) ang lisensya ng mga construction company ng pamilya ni Sarah Discaya. 

Nakitaan ng PCAB ang mga kinukuwestiyon at inirereklamong kumpanya ni Discaya ng paglabag sa batas, partikular na ang sabayang paglahok sa mga bidding ng iisang may-ari.

Pahayag ng PCAB, “Such admission establishes a scheme of joint or multiple bidding participation designed to influence the outcome of public bidding, manipulate results, and corner public projects thereby undermining transparency, fairness, and competition.”

Sa isinagawang Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing noong Lunes, September 1, nabuking na ang siyam na construction firm ng mga Discaya ay sabay-sabay na sumasali sa bidding ng  iba’t ibang government projects.

Narito ang siyam na kumpanyang pag-aari nina Sarah Discaya:

1. St. Gerrard Construction Gen. Contractor & Dev’t Corporation

2. Alpha & Omega Gen. Contractor & Dev’t Corporation

 3. St. Timothy Construction Corporation

4. +Amethyst Horizon Builders And Gen. Contractor & Dev’t Corp.

 5. St. Matthew General Contractor & Development Corporation

7. YPR General Contractor And Construction Supply, Inc.

9. Elite General Contractor and Development Corp

Dalawa sa mga kumpanyang ito ay kasali sa 15 constructions firm na ibinuking ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., na nakakuha umano ng malalaking pondo sa mga flood control projects ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

Ito ay ang Alpha and Omega Construction at St. Timothy Construction.
