WATCH: All The *Kilig* Moments In Elisse Joson + McCoy De Leon's Travel Video
In June, McCoy de Leon confirmed his rekindled relationship with Elisse Joson during a meeting with the press forYorme: The Musical, saying, "Open naman po kami sa lahat." According to the actor, the two actually got back together before the pandemic but decided to keep things low-key. But rumors of their reconciliation started as early as August 2020 when McCoy dropped a sweet photo of him and Elisse with the caption: "Always all ways."
Recently, the couple celebrated their anniversary, with McCoy surprising Elisse with a "Happy anniversary" sign outside her balcony. They also spent some quality time together during a beach getaway, and lucky us, they just posted a cute video of their trip!

According to Elisse, this is their *first* trip together and of course, they learned a lot about each other. The actress shared that McCoy is the kind of traveler who likes to stick to the plan: "'Pag meron sinet at sinabi, gusto niya 'yun ang magawa talaga, which is not a bad thing." McCoy also doesn't like feeling sticky; he likes to shower right after they spend time in the water. Lastly, he doesn't mind chilling in the room, even while on vacation. Elisse said that finding out your partner's quirks is part of the process and it's up the both of you to compromise.
The film, which was edited by McCoy, ended with a shot of them on a swing, with the words: "Just like the sun that pours out all its energy giving light throughout the day, barely getting noticed. We often miss out on what great lengths we go through for each other. And just like the sun that sets, letting out magnificent colors into the horizon, only when we notice. At the end of each day, we will always, always see it all."
