Tony Labrusca Faces Charges For Alleged Lewd Acts And Violent Behavior
Tony Labrusca is facing criminal complaints after alleged lewd acts and violent behavior.
On June 4, Friday, jeweler and businessman Drake Ibay filed charges against the Bagong Umaga actor for "two counts of aggravated Acts of Lasciviousness" and "Aggravated Slight Physical Injuries."
In an interview with ABS-CBN reported MJ Felipe, Drake shared the events which transpired during a house party on January 16, 2021. According to Drake, Tony reportedly molested Drake's female friend "Nadine" twice, flicking her spaghetti straps and exposing her breasts in front of many people, also pulling the same woman from the waist to make her sit on his lap.
Tony also allegedly choked Drake's brother, Dennis Ibay, who was helping him go down a staircase for being too drunk. Drake said Tony even reached out to him to invite him and his family to dinner so they could "peacefully talk" about their misunderstanding.
Drake's lawyer, Atty. Regie Tongol, posted an official statement about the criminal cases filed against Tony.

"The night was very traumatic to my clients as it is their first time to be victimized like this especially unexpected from one of the most idolized actors of the country presently."
Also interviewed by MJ, Atty. Tongol says his clients chose to file the charges even if the events happened in January because the reputation of Drake's family had reportedly been maligned even after several months.
"Actually, my clients, they didn't really want to file these cases because they are very private people. Kaya lang, recently, their reputations have been maligned by yung side ni Mr. Labrusca and [the] people surrounding Mr. Labrusca. There were instances na parang lumalabas na it was my client—yung kapatid ni Drake—ang may kasalanan pa doon sa nangyari na 'yon."
Tony's legal counsel, Atty. Joji Alonso, posted on Facebook that as they have not yet received the copies of the complaint-affidavits, they are still unable to provide a statement.
