Based on basketball player and coach Johann Dumlao's Instagram post, yesterday, Julia Barretto and Gerald Anderson got vaccinated against COVID-19. His photo shows Julia and Gerald flashing their COVID-19 vaccination cards.

Johann captioned the photo, "Vaccinated! @andersongeraldjr @juliabarretto." He also geotagged Marikina City, indicating that the couple got their vaccines there.
Videos of Julia and Gerald getting their shots are circulating on Instagram. In one of them, Julia can be seen holding Gerald's hand as she braced herself to receive the shot on her shoulder.

After Julia got her shot, Gerald can be heard saying, "Naramdaman ko 'yon, a. Sakit a," referring to her tight grip on his hand as she was being vaccinated.

Meanwhile, Gerald was pretty calm as he got his COVID vaccine. His shoulder just flinched. Julia reacted, "That's it?"

Gerald's and Julia's COVID-19 vaccination took place exactly a week after celebrity couple Maris Racal and Rico Blanco got theirs. Maris and Rico got their first jabs on June 12, Independence Day.
