Netflix's new period drama Bridgerton dropped on Christmas Day, and TBH it's one of the best shows I've seen this year! The series, which is based on the bestselling novels by Julia Quinn, tells the story of the large and respected Bridgerton family. We are introduced to Daphne (Phoebe Dynevor), the eldest Bridgerton daughter, as she enters society to ~find a husband~. Enter the charming Duke Of Hastings (Regé-Jean Page), a "rake" who has no interest in getting married AT ALL. The small society they live in is constantly being observed by one "Lady Whisteldown," who ~gossips~ about everyone through her scandalous and shocking society papers!
