You *Have* To See This Filipino-Korean Model Dressed As Jun Ji Hyun In 'My Sassy Girl'
When Filipino-Korean model (and Preview model search winner) Selina Woo Bhang shared her low-key Halloween costume on Instagram, one could've easily mistaken it for a regular grocery OOTD—except, it wasn't. This pink cardigan look is actually an homage to Jun Ji Hyun in My Sassy Girl, a.k.a. the film that shot the Korean actress to fame!
To give justice to her inspiration, Selina recreated the scene in the movie where "The Girl" (played by Ji Hyun) was inside a grocery store in the exact outfit. As if that wasn't enough, she copied the character's loose locks and facial expressions perfectly, too!

If you need a refresher, check out these stills of the actress from the 20-year-old movie. The resemblance is uncanny!
Selina's costume also couldn't help reminding us that a Philippine adaption of this film is currently in the works! FYI, Toni Gonzaga and Pepe Herrera were confirmed to be the lead stars, although more details such as the release date have yet to be announced.
So in case you didn't make it to this year's Halloween festivities, this is your cue to dress up as your favorite Hallyu star in 2022!
