Dimples Romana's Advice To Aspiring Couple Content Creators: 'It doesn't have to be big all the time, it just has to be real'

Over the past few years, we've seen a lot of our favorite celebrity couples take over the ~digital space~ and explore the wonderful world of content creation. There's Angel Locsin and Neil Arce; Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico; and Jim Bacarro and Saab Magalona, to name a few. Through their vlogs, social media posts, and podcasts, we get a glimpse of what their lives are really like. And as fans, it's always a great feeling to know more about your idols, one way or another.

Another couple we absolutely love to follow is Dimples Romana and Boyet Ahmee. A quick look at their YouTube channels would show you that they like to post videos about family time, traveling, trying out recipes, and daily life in general. Each video is definitely fun to watch and we just can't wait to see more from this lovely pair!

In fact, during the BaiCon InFest, a digital event that was held from October 30 to 31, 2021, the two shared what it's like to be content creators, and gave advice to those who aspire to be the same.

According to Dimples, their content is "super real in the sense na we're not afraid to show our emotions, but at the same time we also have courtesy and respect for each other's individuality, [each] person's authenticity." As newbies in couple content creation who have separate channels, she mentioned that it's important for them to take into consideration their own pace. "It is best and healthier for us to have our own content space because it empowers us more as individuals," Dimples added.

When asked about what aspiring content creators can learn from their dynamics as a couple, Dimples advised, "Don't be afraid to embrace all the cracks of your family, or of your brand or content." She mentioned that there are times when people can get too conscious about whether or not certain content will work. Will this post get shared? Will it have a lot of likes? And as a result, they lose the *fun* aspect of content creation itself. "Sana ipakita rin nila yung mga hindi masyadong magandang nangyayari," Dimples hoped. She clarified that you don't really have to go deep into details, but it can even be as mundane and as simple as petty fights with your S.O. "Content creation doesnt have to be big all the time, it just has to be real," she said.
