Dominic Roque certainly pulled out all the stops to prepare a very special birthday surprise for girlfriend Bea Alonzo.
On October 17, Bea celebrated her 34th birthday in Batangas and Dominic was right there with her to celebrate her big day.
"Here is a picture of me, on the eve of my birthday, bare, no makeup, with my hair still wet, being surprised with a cake and flowers by a person so special to me," Bea captioned her post on Instagram.
She added, "He even managed to surprise me with a puppy and went out of his way to prepare a relaxing weekend getaway for me in Batangas."

Bea also thanked everyone who wished her a happy birthday.
"Thank you for all your love and well wishes on my birthday. You never cease to make me feel special on my birthday every year. But for me, this year is different.
