You'll Only Need 4 Ingredients To Make This *Refreshing* Soju Cocktail
Seaweed, cheese bokki, and ice cream—these are just some of the things I usually stock up on when I do my regular trips to the Korean grocery store. And if there's one other item I cannot leave without, it has gotta be soju. TBH, I always make sure to grab a bottle (or two, lol) of each flavor available. In case you didn't know, it comes in blueberry, strawberry, and even yogurt!
As someone who *loves* soju, I'm constantly on the lookout for ways to upgrade my favorite drink. Because let's be real: Drinking soju on its own is great, but mixing it with other ingredients is even better. ;) So far, I've seen recipes on how to make a strawberry soju milkshake and a soju Melona slushie. Just this week, I learned about this *new* fruity soju mix that only needs four ingredients.
If you're in the mood for a new boozy drink, try this easy soju cocktail recipe.
Ingredients
- Ice
- Soju
- Melon cucumber juice
- Lemon soda
Procedure
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour one part soju, one part melon cucumber juice, and one part lemon soda.
- Mix well.

Honest review on the soju cocktail recipe
I didn't really know what to expect before making the drink, tbh. All I know is that I was so curious about the taste, because it's such a unique flavor to me. Not gonna lie, I love all kinds of fruits, but melon and cucumber aren't really my go-to. Still, I gave it a try and I'm *so* glad that I did. First sip pa lang, I already knew I was gonna end up with drinking more than one glass, haha.
Obviously, the sweetness of the drink will depend on how much each ingredient is used. If like me, you prefer your cocktails sweet, then you're definitely going to love this. I love how it's so easy to make, too. You only need four ingredients! Heads up, though: From experience, the melon cucumber juice was a bit hard to find. I had to check three different grocery stores, lol. Luckily, I found some on my fourth try. This ~refreshing~ mix is something you can prepare on a hot day or during a chill e-numan with your barkada. Pair it with your favorite Korean grocery store snacks and you're good to go. As always, remember to drink responsibly! ;)
