PSA: These Robinsons Malls Can Now Accommodate Step Two Of The National ID Registration

Thirty two Robinsons Malls across the country officially became registration sites for step two of the National ID system registration, providing Filipinos accessible and spacious venues to secure their catch-all identification card. Robinsons Malls said it partnered with the Philippine Statistics Authority to help government its target of registering up to 70 million Filipinos for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) by the end of 2021.

After finishing step one, which is online registration, step two involves validating demographic information and capturing biometric data such as iris-scan, fingerprint, and front-facing photo. The third and final step will be the issuance of the PhilSys Number (PSN) and delivery of PhilID through the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost).
