John Lloyd Cruz To Make First TV Appearance Since Taking A Break In 2017

Following the news of John Lloyd Cruz *officially* returning to social media, it looks like we’ll be seeing more of JLC in the weeks to come!

The actor, who took a break from showbiz in 2017, is set to make a very special guest appearance on the GMA-7 television special 6-6 Shopee Super Mega Fiesta on June 6 at 2 p.m. The show will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. 

The news was confirmed by Wowowin host Willie Revillame, who also serves as the blocktimer producer for the show. He said that he personally invited John Lloyd to be a guest in the TV special.

According to a report, John Lloyd had a contract signing with Willie’s legal counsel Atty. Ferdie Domingo, along with several Shopee executives at the Wil Tower Mall in Quezon City on May 29. Willie said, "More to come. Welcome to your new family, my production."

John Lloyd recently signed with Maja Salvador’s talent management agency, Crown Artist Management. The actor was also recently spotted in director Bobot Mortiz’s Instagram posts where they took a break at Willie’s beach resort in Puerto Galera.
