Samantha Bernardo Rakes In The Most Online Votes At The Miss Grand International Swimsuit Competition

The Philippines' bet to the Miss Grand International pageant, Samantha Bernardo, is wowing the world in the preliminary competition.

The 28-year-old from Palawan received the most number of online votes in the second round of the pageant's swimsuit competition. The Philippines was followed by Indonesia, Mexico, Cambodia, and Paraguay in the top five.

The top 10 semifinalists were comprised of five candidates with the most online votes, and another five candidates selected by judges—Kenya, Brazil, Czech Republic, Argentina, and the Dominican Republic.

The coronation night of Miss Grand International, which takes place in Thailand, happens on March 27, Saturday.
