Rising actor Na In Woo is starring in his first-ever lead role to date: as On Dal in the historical drama River Where The Moon Rises. Although his entrance to the series was less than ideal (he replaced controversial actor Ji Soo as the male lead from Episode 7 onwards), he already proved his charm and layered acting skills alongside leading lady Kim So Hyun. The 26-year-old star may have only started his acting career in 2015, but he's already got a variety of on-screen roles under his belt—and even more to come in the near future!

The plot: Blue Spring From A Distance is an upcoming drama that's also based on a webtoon. Na In Woo will star alongside former Wanna One member Park Ji Hoon and True Beauty's Kang Min Ah in this coming-of-age drama about university students.
3. River Where The Moon Rises (2021)

The plot: River Where The Moon Rises is a retelling of a classic Korean folk tale about lovers Princess Pyeonggang (Kim So Hyun) and On Dal (Na In Woo). Although born a princess, Pyeonggang was raised as a soldier and has big dreams to become the first-ever Empress of Goguryeo. She is next to unstoppable until she meets On Dal, a peace-keeping man with a gentle soul.

4. Mr. Queen (2020)

The plot: This top-rating comedy was Na In Woo's breakthrough role in the Hallyu scene! Mr. Queen follows the story of a present-day male chef of the Blue House who suddenly wakes up in the body of a young queen (Shin Hye Sun) in the Joseon dynasty. Na In Woo plays the role of Kim Byeong In, the cousin of the queen who ends up falling in love with her.

5. Mystic Pop-Up Bar (2020)

The plot: Mystic Pop-Up Bar is a fantasy and supernatural series based on a webtoon. It's set in a ~mystical~ pojangmacha (an outdoor food stall) and run by a trio of equally mysterious characters who help their customers with their problems by visiting their dreams. Na In Woo plays a supporting role in the drama which is led by Hwang Jung Eum, Yook Sung Jae, and Choi Won Young.

6. Yeonnam Family (2019)

The plot: Yeonnam Family is about three siblings whose father leaves all of his assets to society—except a three-story house worth an exorbitant amount of money. Thing is, he'll only give the house to his first child that gets married within six months. Yeonnam Family stars Chae Seo Jin, Na In Woo, Yoon Jin Young, and Kang Tae Sung.
