Wil Dasovich Shares His First Post After Alodia Gosiengfiao Confirmed Their Breakup: 'Keep moving forward'

Wil Dasovich has shared his first post following Alodia Gosiengfiao's confirmation that they've already broken up.

"Keep moving forward, because there is no other option," Wil wrote on social media, featuring a photo of the Himalayas. "You can rest, you can eat, sleep, pray, do what you need to do to find your strength, and then when you are ready we move again. We always move. If you stop moving, so does your life. Simple, yet powerful words from my Sherpa friends."

On Sunday, Alodia announced in a Facebook post that she and Wil had already split.

"To those asking, wala na kami," she wrote. "It's been a while. We tried to work things out many times but some things are not meant to be. I hope you respect our privacy during this time in our lives."

While live-streaming a game on Monday, Alodia took the opportunity to shed some more light on their breakup.

"The decision was because we’re not compatible, I guess," she said.

"To be honest, ‘di naman perfect [yung] relationship namin. It just looks like it. Behind the scenes, it’s different, I guess."

"'Yung sentiment ko lang is ‘Sayang.’ That’s all. Again, things happen for a reason. I trust that gut feeling na may better plan for the both of us. 'Yon lang naiisip ko."

In 2017, Alodia flew to San Francisco to visit Wil and to give him moral support as he underwent his therapy for stage three colon cancer. That year, they had gotten especially close after going on several trips together with Wil's vlog squad.

Wil and Alodia confirmed they were in a relationship in 2018, following Wil being declared cancer-free. Wil made the announcement through a vlog that he posted on Valentine's Day.

At least we can relive their sweet moments together in their past vlogs. *Sobs*
