Baguio is open again to fully vaccinated travelers, the city government said Tuesday, as tourism restarts in the Philippines with the easing of COVID-19 restrictions. Entry of tourists to Baguio City will be limited only to the fully vaccinated adults. Minors aged 12 to 17 who are unvaccinated will be allowed entry provided that they present negative results of an antigen or RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival or during the health screening at the city triage. For those aged 11 and below, they will be tested at the option of their accompanying parents or adult guardian according to the city government.

Here are the requirements for fully vaccinated travelers visiting Baguio City:
-

Tourists need to create an account at visita.baguio.gov.ph with their valid ID, and schedule a visit at least a day before the trip. The city government said only 2,000 individual registrations will be allowed for now, following an "expected time of arrival" reservation system. Travel requests will be approved after verification of booking by accommodation establishment.
Those who are planning to visit are advised to travel only once their QR-coded tourist pass or QTP has been issued since registration upon arrival is prohibited. Tourists without a QTP will be denied entry. For APORs, returning residents, workers, or students, register on hdf.baguio.gov.ph
