WATCH: Liza Soberano Makes A Cameo In P-Pop Group BGYO's 'The Baddest' MV
Liza Soberano just made a cameo in a music video.
The actress appeared in the latest music video of P-pop group, BGYO, one of the latest additions to ABS-CBN's roster of music talents. BGYO is made up of five members, namely Akira, Gelo, JL, Mikki, and Nate, a product of Star Hunt Academy.
In the MV for BGYO's "The Baddest" comeback single, the boys play the role of what appear to be secret agents. Throughout the action-packed film-like video, we see snippets of a woman who is eventually revealed to be Liza, their boss, AKA "Binibining Haliya." The track's lyrics are mostly English, with a rap segment in Filipino.
Previously known as the SHA Boys, the boys were recruited in 2018 and spent two years undergoing rigorous training under the guidance of a number of Filipino and Korean coaches. You might have seen them before when they performed BTS' "On" on ASAP.

BGYO debuted in January 2021 with their single "The Light," which, according to the description on their YouTube channel, "speaks about empowerment, hope, and self-love." The track features a mix of both English and Filipino lyrics.
