KUNG maraming nakikisimpatya at nakaka-relate sa mental health issues ng actor-director na si Fifth Solomon, may mga bashers pa rin ang umaatake sa kanya.
Tulad na lang ng isang netizen na nagkomentong dapat na raw siyang magpunta sa mental hospital dahil sa mga ipino-post niya sa social media na may kinalaman sa kanyang mental health.
Recently ay ibinalita niya na na-diagnose siya clinically ng bipolar disorder na ayon sa official website ng National Institutes of Mental Health,ay isang “mental illness that causes unusual shifts in a person’s mood, energy, activity levels, and concentration. These shifts can make it difficult to carry out day-to-day tasks.”
Sabi ni Fifth, “Yesterday, my doctor officially diagnosed me with bipolar disorder. Honestly, I kinda had a feeling for a while now.
“I’ve been battling depression and anxiety since 2021, but this past year hit different: super moody, always overwhelmed, snapping under pressure, jumping from one thing to another, overthinking even while talking to someone, forgetting what I was about to say, shaking my legs non-stop, shopping impulsively, being too energetic then suddenly hopeless, and drowning in emotions I couldn’t even explain,” lahad pa ng direktor.
Nitong nagdaang June 25, nag-post naman si Fifth ng kanyang music video sa Instagram kung saan may kasama siyang dalawang lalaki na nakahubad at sumasayaw sa kantang “Salot” nina Anton Antenorcruz, Rachel Gabreza, Raven Heyres, at Kumare Harvey.
Ang “Salot” ang official pride anthem ng Hoesik Bar Poblacion, bilang pagdiriwang ng Pride Month ngayong buwan. Si Fifth ang producer at composer ng song.
Sabi ng direktor sa post niya noong June 5: “PRIDE MONTH 2025 (Pride flag).
“This year, I composed and produced a song close to my heart—“SALOT”—the official Pride anthem of Hoesik Poblacion.
“Salot is a word that has been thrown at the LGBTQIA+ community to shame, silence, and invalidate us. But not anymore.
“Now, we say it loud. We say it proud. WE ARE SALOT. And we demand the respect we’ve always deserved.
“This is not just a song. It’s a statement. A reclaiming. A battle cry.”
At sa in-upload nga ni Fifth na video kamakailan, may caption itong, “Andami nangyare Mami.”
Maraming nag-congratulate kay Fifth nang mapanood nila ang music video pero may isa ngang basher ang nambasag sa kanya at sinabihang pumasok na raw siya sa mental hospital.
Comment ng hater kay Fifth, “Need mo na magpuntang mental hospital baks.”
Hindi ito pinalampas ng kapatid ng Kapuso actress na si Chariz Solomon at bumanat ng, “Yoko walang phone beh. tapos walang lock cr. Hirap mag bayis eme.”
Nauna rito, inamin din ni Fifth na nagkaroon siya ng mental breakdown dahil sa online bullying matapos ibalita sa publiko na napakalaki ng ginastos niya sa pagpaparetoke ng face.
