Apart from booking a stay for some R&R, you can also consider the resort for your next major celebration—say, a wedding or debut—once the coast is clear to hold events again, of course. Rancho Bernardo particularly boasts of its "palace-like events hall," the Chateau de Gabriel, alongside its glass-enclosed chapel and romantic garden reception venue, which can host up to 400 guests.
