You guys, Hidilyn Diaz and her boyfriend, Coach Julius Naranjo, are engaged!
Hidilyn shared the big news on Instagram on October 16, featuring a photo of herself with her engagement ring and her Tokyo 2020 Olympics gold medal for weightlifting.
"It's [a] YES!" she wrote in her post.
The athlete even shared a kilig moment she had when she won her Olympic gold.
"It was a magical moment with @imjulius. I'm grateful to God that He sent Julius into my life; he makes my life easy. Alam ng iba kung ano mga sinasakripisyo niya para maabot namin ang pangarap na ginto sa Olympics together with #TeamHD. Noong laro, kinilig at masaya ako kasi siya mismo nagsabi [na] God is the center of our relationship, kaya walang duda, magye-YES ako dahil suwerte ako may isang Julius [na] nagmamahal, nag-intindi, at sumuporta sa 'kin."

Hidilyn took to IG Stories to share photos and video clips uploaded by those who were present at the proposal. It looks like she and Julius were just out for a romantic dinner when he got down on one knee and popped the question.
"Nagpapa-cute ako," Hidilyn wrote in one of her IG Stories, featuring a photo of herself with some champagne. "Wala [kasing] kaalam-alam na magpo-propose pala."
"Crazy ka talaga!" Hidilyn exclaimed in one video clip as she was taken by surprise. "Kainis ka! Of course, yes!"
TV5 reporter MJ Marfori tweeted a photo of the sparkler, which is actually designed like a barbell!

ICYDK, Hidilyn and Julius, a Filipino-Japanese weightlifter, met in 2017 at a sports event in Turkmenistan and have been dating for three years.
In an interview with Toni Gonzaga, Julius revealed that he realized he loved Hidilyn when he made the decision to leave Guam, where he was based.

"I had a full-time job, I was coaching, doing filmmaking on the side. I had an easier life, convenient. I think leaving everything was enough for me to say, 'I love her.'" Aww.
