AJ Raval Apologizes To Kylie Padilla For Sharing Aljur's 'Tell Them Who Cheated First' Statement
AJ Raval issued an apology to Kylie Padilla and the general public after she shared—and then deleted—Aljur Abrenica's Facebook post where he insinuated that Kylie cheated on him first and that he was not to blame for their separation.
In a TikTok video posted last night, AJ said: "Hello everyone. Tungkol 'to sa statement ni AJ (Aljur) na shinare ko. Gusto ko lang i-explain bakit ko shinare. Hindi naman sa nakikisawsaw ako sa issue nila. Shinare ko 'yon kasi I'm trying to protect myself and my family also. Because people are accusing me sa bagay na hindi ko naman ginawa. Tinatawag nila akong kabit, tinatawag nila akong home-wrecker, which is hindi naman totoo. Wala akong sinirang pamilya, never ako maninira ng pamilya."
AJ said her family has been greatly affected by the issue and that it hurts her to see her mother cry. She added that she knows only Kylie and Aljur have the right to talk about their separation, but that she shared Aljur's post because she got caught up in her emotions.
"Kasi I'm hurting. I'm really sorry sa lahat ng mga naapektuhan, sa mga nagalit. I'm really sorry. And also kay Kylie, I'm sorry kung shinare ko yung statement na 'yon. It's not my intention to hurt anybody, I was just trying to protect myself. 'Yon nga lang, mali yung way ko. Pero na-realize ko rin na baka nga tama kayo. I'm too immature and I need to grow."
AJ Raval on taking a social media break
AJ also thanked those who have been supporting her and ended her video by saying she will be taking a break from social media. "Ayoko na. Gusto ko na lang po ng peace, sana matapos na 'to. Kasi bugbog na talaga yung mental health ko. 'Di ko na kaya. So magso-social media detox muna ako siguro. Next year na lang ako babalik sa social media."
As of this writing, AJ has deleted all but one of her TikTok videos. Her Instagram account also has zero posts.
Yesterday, AJ also shared a quote on IG Stories: "No matter what happens in life, be good to people. Being good to people is a wonderful legacy to leave behind."
Earlier this month, AJ Raval admitted that Aljur is courting her and they were spotted holding hands at a mall. Since then, the 21-year-old actress has been the subject of hate comments and has been accused of being the third party in Aljur and Kylie's relationship, which she strongly denied.

AJ's mother Alyssa Alvarez recently took to Facebook to thank Aljur for speaking up on the issue, writing that Aljur told her everything from the start and that's why she "kept her mouth shut."
Kylie seemed to respond to Ajur's post by sharing a series of *cryptic* Instagram Stories, one of which is a quote from Rihanna which reads: "Never underestimate a man's ability to make you feel guilty for his mistakes."
