What's the plot of Nevertheless?
Like a bunch of other dramas these days, Nevertheless was adapted from a webtoon titled I Know But. Promoted as a "hyperrealistic romance," the drama revolves around two 22-year-olds: Yoo Na Bi and Park Jae Uhn. After a failed first relationship, Na Bi doesn't believe in love anymore but wants to date around. Jae Uhn, on the other hand, is the biggest flirt and heartthrob but doesn't see the point in dating.

Han So He as Na Bi
When Han So Hee's role was confirmed in March 2021, the 26-year-old star said that she feels "happy to be playing a character in a webtoon that I've enjoyed for a while. I'm really nervous and I feel a sense of pressure, but I'm also looking forward to the first filming because I'm working with such great people."
Song Kang as Park Jae Uhn
During their recent script reading, 27-year-old Song Kang revealed he was ecstatic to be acting alongside actors who were similar in age as him: "It's been a long time since I worked with colleagues of the same age, so I had fun. I hope that we can have even more fun on set."
Where and when will Nevertheless be shown?
Nevertheless will premiere in South Korea on June 19 via the JTBC network. For international viewers, we can catch the first episode a day after, on June 20, on Netflix!
