It's been a while since Game Of Thrones (GOT) aired its final episode, and it hasn't been quite the same without our tales of Westeros.

"Fire & blood," HBO's Facebook post read.
We first got the deets of the project in 2018, when HBO released a statement that the series "chronicles the world's descent from the golden Age of Heroes into its darkest hour."
"And only one thing is for sure: From the horrifying secrets of Westeros' history to the true origin of the White Walkers, the mysteries of the East to the Starks of legend...it's not the story we think we know."
House Of The Dragon, which was confirmed in October 2019, takes place 300 years before the events in GOT. The ten-episode series will share the history of the House of Targaryen, based on GOT author George R.R. Martin's 2019 novel Fire and Blood. The series will zoom in on the Dance of the Dragons, aka the Targaryen civil war between two fighting factions of the family.
