WATCH: What Anna Cay Eats In A Day Now That She's Pregnant

ICYMI, longtime content creator Anna Cay and her husband Geloy Villalobos are expecting their first child. She's been documenting her pregnancy journey on her YouTube channel, including what she eats in a day. Anna admits that she isn't the "healthiest" eater or the most active person, but in a new vlog, she details how her diet has slightly changed. She does mention that when they shot this video, nagkataon lang na puno yung ref nila so she was able to make different dishes, but they make do with what they have at home on most days.

She usually goes for water, tea, or coffee right after waking up. Though she's been a fan of ginger tea even before her pregnancy, Anna says it helps soothe her *mini* experiences with morning sickness. She has her first meal no later than 10:00 a.m. otherwise sumasakit na ulo niya

For breakfast, Anna steams some vegetables—okra and eggplant—and whips up ginisang bagoong. She enjoys it with white rice and hard boiled eggs.

Garlic butter shrimp is the ulam she makes for lunch. And sa totoo lang, you can never go wrong with this. Plus, it's super easy to cook pa!

Anna eats less rice and adds a healthy twist to her meal by having fruits on the side. She prefers grapes, oranges, mangoes, and pomelo. After a much needed nap, they have pancit palabok for merienda.

This is a recipe she found on YouTube. They also have ready-to-bake croissants, which is Geloy's favorite!

Now that she's pregnant, the mom-to-be prefers meals that aren't too heavy, so that means more soup-based ulam at night. For dinner, she makes sinigang and she goes for the vegetables more than the meat.

Anna shares that when she eats too much for dinner, it's harder for her to breathe and she's more likely to vomit because of it, huhu.
