I was a bottle blonde gal from 2015 to 2018. It was a life filled with regular root retouch appointments, purple shampoos, dry shampoos, and color-preserving hair masks. The upkeep was intense, but I remember loving my golden locks because it was the most daring thing I've done for myself.
I'm now back to being a brunette because I just couldn't deal with salon appointments taking over my weekends. One retouch session could last for at least four hours. Plus, the rates weren't cheap, too!
Anyway, I thought I've sworn off getting blonde hair until I saw some celebs getting buttery-hued locks in 2021, the quarantine era. Their looks are sooo pretty, I'm THISCLOSE to booking a home service appointment to get my tresses bleached and toned. Check out my list of blonde babes here:
