It's Official: Gerald Anderson And Julia Barretto Are In A Relationship

In a tell-all interview with Boy Abunda, Gerald Anderson finally clarified rumors surrounding him and his Between Maybes co-star Julia Barretto. Boy Abunda asked him if Julia Barretto is a source of happiness for him—and his heart—right now, and Gerald said: "Very happy, Tito Boy. It's a yes." 

In the interview, Gerald said he didn't ghost former girlfriend Bea Alonzo when they broke up in 2019. He told Tito Boy: "I don't have the guts to put someone in a bad light because gusto ko linisin yung image ko o yung side ko."

He added: "Ganito lang po 'yon. Ano po ba ang definition ng ghosting? Kasi ang dating sa 'kin is parang nasa gitna kami ng dinner and then nag-decide ako na mag-walk out and 'di magpapakita kahit kailan. 'Yon ba ang definition, or is it walking away from a very unhealthy, toxic—not saying na siya yung toxic, ako yung toxic—but being together we were very toxic, and hindi nirerespeto yung explanation na binibigay mo, hindi tinatanggap after months and months and months and months and months of being on the rocks?"
