Ito ay dahil dalawang beses na raw siyang lumabas sa Sunday show na “ASAP” ng Kapamilya channel na ibig sabihin ay trabaho ito dahil for sure ay may talent fee siya, at naging endorser pa ng skin care.
Aminado naman si Chloe na Australian citizen siya at nandito siya sa Pilipinas bilang girlfriend ni Carlos at nagli-live in na sila, pero ang visa niya ay tourist.
Base sa Facebook post ng abogadong si Wilfredo Garrido, author both fiction and trade books on photography, his novel, “Trail of the Chop-Chop Lady of Makati” was a finalist in the 2008 National Book Awards sponsored by the National Critics Circle and the National Book Development Board ay nakamit ni Chloe ang Australian citizenship niya noong February 2020.

“That means she can’t work. Which is exactly what she is doing, claiming that she is not depending on Caloy because she is earning money in her own right parading her assets on Tiktok in various states of undress. Those are taxable income.
“She has appeared on ASAP at least twice, one blamed for Typhoon Carina. She must have earned talent fees therefrom.
“She also has endorsed a skin care product being extensively covered sashaying in a grand entrance and undergoing some sort of facial treatment in an ad. Again, that must have earned her and Caloy quite a sum.”
Dagdag pa ng abogado, “She has been modeling various kinds of outfits and unmentionables. Without a working visa she cannot engage in these money making activities.
“Moreover, she has engaged in public behavior that offends the feelings of the Filipino people, particularly her treatment of Caloy’s mother.
“This girl doesn’t behave like a visitor. She acts like she owns the Philippines. All of the above make her an undesirable alien.
“We have been moving heaven and earth to deport Alice Guo to China, without success. It will be much easier to deport Chloe Anjeleigh San Jose to Australia.”
Aniya pa, “If anyone who can prove that she is a dual citizen, I will take this down. Note, she became an Australian national only in 2020. Highly unlikely she turned around and reacquired Filipino citizenship too soon, considering her attitude.”
