Angel Locsin Reveals She Became BFFs With Dimples Romana Because Of Manggang Hilaw

Angel Locsin had a pretty sweet birthday greeting for her best friend Dimples Romana who turned 37 on November 13!

According to Angel's Instagram post, she became friends with Dimples after she treated her to manggang hilaw! 

"Treating you to manggang hilaw many years ago was one of the best decisions I ever made," Angel's post reads.

"After all these years, going strong pa rin tayo. Seriously, you know how much I love you and I’ll always have your back no matter what," Angel continued.

Angel's post included photos of the two actresses over the years, including a photo of Dimples crying ~happy tears~ at Angel's civil wedding to Neil Arce in August. The actress was even photographed being all emotional (in a good way!) during Angel and Neil's wedding where she also served as one of the witnesses. 

Angel and Dimples' friendship began in 2008 when they starred in the supernatural series Lobo. Dimples also played a very important part in Neil and Angel's love story when she helped Neil get Angel's ring size when he was planning to propose to the actress!
