Ivana Alawi had a lot of things to say in her latest YouTube video.
On July 29, Ivana uploaded content wherein she reacted to people's mean comments about her. She and her sister Mona Alawi ate noodles as they read the comments.
A few netizens called Ivana ugly and that she doesn't look pretty without makeup.
"Guys, lagi naman ako nagva-vlog ng walang makeup kasi I love myself. Kung napapangitan ka sa 'kin, okay lang. Wala 'kong magagawa sa 'yo, 'day. Katulad ngayon, ang ginagawa ko lang is [maglalagay] ng cheek tint. Kung ito pangit sa 'yo, okay.
"Wala, e. Wala 'kong pake talaga. Hindi ko naman sinasabing maganda ako, 'di ba? Clinaim ko ba sa inyo?"
Another netizen accused Ivana of getting fillers to make her face symmetrical.
"In person, paling at hindi pantay [ang] mukha niya. Mas mataas yung left na lagi niya pinapa-filler. In person, she's not really stunning that you have [to take] a second look."
While Ivana didn't deny that she's had fillers in the past, she says it was just to see what the effect would be. She even joked that it was because she wanted to achieve Mona's plump cheeks.
"Alam niyo, hindi ko sinasabing pantay yung mukha ko at hindi puro fillers ang mukhang ito. Triny ko lang isang beses or twice kasi gusto ko nga ma-achieve 'yan. Gusto ko kasing ma-achieve yung cheeks niya na malaki, okay? 'Wag ka nang tumingin sa 'kin ng pangalawang beses, ha?"
One netizen said he saw Ivana before and claimed she was pango and had broken teeth. "Basta, pangit. Puro pagawa naman siya ngayon."
To prove that she's never had a nose job, Ivana pressed down on her nose bridge.
"Pango pa rin ako," Ivana responded. "'Di ako natatangusan talaga sa ilong ko, ha.
Hayaan mo, 'pag nagparetoke ako—pero 'di ko naman gustong magparetoke. Masaya na 'ko sa ilong ko. Pero bago lang po ako sa ABS. Sira yung ngipin ko? Paano nasira? Nagtu-toothbrush ako twice a day 'saka nagpapadentista. Mainggit ka."

Before the sisters closed the video, Ivana said she hopes the people leaving mean comments find self-love so that they wouldn't feel the need to bring other people down.
"Do what makes you happy. Let's always uplift each other kasi kami, wala kaming hatred sa katawan. I hope you find true happiness. I hope that you find self-love 'cause when you have that, hindi ka magbababa ng ibang tao. Hindi mo ta-try saktan yung ibang tao. Try harder [to hurt] us. Hello, tagal-tagal ko nang vlogger, 'no. Mas matindi pa pinagdaanan ko diyan.
