You *Have* To See This Pinoy Couple's 'Bridgerton'-Inspired Prenup Shoot
I know, I KNOW. We're all patiently waiting for Season 2 of hit Netflix series Bridgerton to drop. But while making abang for updates, I've been lurking in Bridgerton Facebook fan groups, and a certain viral post caught my attention. A Pinoy couple, Sai and JB, just had the *most regal* Bridgerton-inspired prenup shoot! The photos were taken at at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar - Quezon City by Nikko A. Quiogue and Homer Corpuz from NQ Modern Photography.
We see the couple in a setting reminiscent of Daphne and Simon's ~secret conversation~ in front of a painting, with the bride-to-be in a Daphne-inspired blue dress!
There are also pics of the couple at a "ball," with the bride looking every bit the diamond of the first water. We're *burning* for these looks:
And here's the couple chilling *at home*:
In an exclusive interview with Cosmo, Sai shared that binge-watching series is how she bonds with JB. When Netflix released Bridgerton, they *instantly* became fans! Sai gushed about the show, saying: "We instantly got hooked and became a fan as we really liked the setting. I mean, everything's just so beautiful (most especially the fashion), right? But what we loved most is Daphne and Simon's chemistry! Sobrang kakilig. And, oh, how can we forget the music?"
On how they decided on a Bridgerton-themed shoot
Sai and JB wanted a unique prenup, but they couldn't decide on a theme! When JB's cousin suggested Las Casas as their setting, Sai instantly thought of Bridgerton and pitched it to JB: "To my surprise, he liked it!"
The couple also did most of the preps for the shoot, such as looking for a tailor to make their costumes, sourcing accessories, and finding the right HMUA. Sai shares: "It was really hard kasi both of us are working din so we really didn't have much time on our hands. JB had a hard time finding costumes so I had to help him, and because of that, I forgot the things that I needed to do like magpa-mani-pedi! But that's the price we had to pay for not hiring a stylist to take care of our costumes. Haha! We decided not to get one na kasi we were also budgeting our expenses, and we also took into consideration that the venue is already beautiful as it is."
What was the actual shoot like?
Fun and tiring, according to Sai. They had a separate photo and video team and the entire Bridgerton shoot took around 12 hours. They also encountered some *minor* challenges, such as fixing and sewing her "loose" nightgown, and, of course, dealing with the heat. "During the shoot, the most challenging part was the heat. Mas na-feel kasi namin yung pagod because of it," Sai adds. "Nevertheless, we were still able to finish the shoot with a bang! Thanks to our amazing prenup team!"
All we can say is: Flawless, my dear. Congrats, Sai and JB!

Pinoys have undeniably caught the Bridgerton bug, including celebrities like Andrea Torres. A local brand even released Bridgerton-inspired necklaces earlier this year.
Netflix's Bridgerton focuses on an elite family in London during a reimagined Regency era, and the first season focuses on Daphne Bridgerton and her romance with Simon, the Duke Of Hastings. All Daphne wants is to get married, but Simon, a "rake" is determined never to settle down!
