Ella Cruz Slams Body Shamers: 'Bakit hindi tayo mag-focus sa kagandahan sa [ating] sarili?'

Ella Cruz took to Instagram to post a message of positivity. 

The actress addressed body shamers as she shared a photo of herself on a beach in Zambales. Ella wrote, "Imbis na mag-focus tayo sa flaws ng iba, bakit hindi tayo mag-focus sa kagandahan sa [ating] sarili? Para makita rin natin ang kagandahan sa ibang tao?"

It's not the first time that Ella has spoken up about body positivity. In an Instagram post on July 2, the actress shared a quote from her character Angel Kabagi, an indigenous Aeta who dreams of becoming a beauty queen in the movie Gluta.

Dressed as Angel in her post, Ella quoted her character, "Huwag na tayo magpakaalipin sa kubng ano idinidikta ng mundo kung ano ang panget, ano ang maganda."
