You guys, our ultimate crush Song Kang has another project! He's confirmed to star in an *office drama* and will be paired with none other than Park Min Young. Rumors about the project were ~rampant~ earlier this year, and we're so psyched that it's really happening. So...

What's the drama about? 

According to Soompi, the upcoming show will revolve around "the work and love lives of people who work at the Korea Meteorological Administration, Korea's national weather forecast service." The show is also tentatively known as Meteorological Agency People: Office Romance Cruelty and will be aired through South Korean channel JTBC.

Park Min Young as Jin Ha Kyung

Where we last saw her: When The Weather Is Fine (2020)

Jin Ha Kyung is described as "frosty" and an "intelligent and highly organized individual who does everything by the book and is fastidious about keeping her personal and professional lives separate." We all know how this is going to go: Song Kang's character will be able to *melt her frosty heart*!

Song Kang as Lee Si Woo

Where we last saw him: Nevertheless (2021) 

Lee Si Woo, meanwhile, is Ha Kyung's opposite. Soompi tells us that ~all he cares about is the weather~ and he is "a free spirit who is always thinking outside the box." Si Woo appears "clumsy" but he actually has an IQ of 150! Maybe he'll learn to care about other things aside from the weather...like...romance? We'll find out soon enough.

Yoon Park as Han Ki Joon

Where we last saw him: Birthcare Center (2020)

Han Ki Joon is described as follows: "A handsome and quick-witted character with a silver tongue. Using his formidable powers of persuasion, Han Ki Joon eventually gets scouted by the spokesperson's office after struggling in the early days of his career at the service. However, because he has lived his entire life as a model student, he has a hard time dealing with failure."

When will it be released? 

According to reports, the drama will start filming this year and will *most probably* be released in 2022. There are no updates yet on whether it'll be aired on international streaming services, but we're crossing our fingers! 

Meanwhile, Song Kang's new drama Nevertheless is now streaming on Netflix. Park Min Young's latest drama, When The Weather Is Fine, is available on Viu.
