It's Official: EXO Will Release A Comeback Album In June 2021
Rejoice, EXO-Ls! EXO will be coming out with a comeback album!
The group made the announcement on its Twitter account on May 10, Monday. The special album will be out on June 7, 2021. OMG!

The post featured a GIF animation of a radar display screen with nine marked dots, representing the K-pop group's nine members Xiumin, D.O., Kai, Sehun, Suho, Lay, Baekhyun, Chen, and Chanyeol.

Rumors of the album first spread in April 2020, with D.O.'s discharge from military service in January 2021. In 2020, Suho launched his solo album Self-Portrait, Kai released his own solo album KAI, and Baekhyun released his second EP Delight.
The last album EXO released was Obsession in November 2019. The K-pop group was supposed to have a fan meet in Manila in February 2020, but this was canceled due to the pandemic.
