P-pop boy group SB19 just made history again after being nominated for this year's Billboard Music Awards (BMAs)! The five piece group comprised of Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin is up for the Top Social Artist, a first for any Filipino act in the category.
The BMAs released the official nominees for all 51 categories on April 29. For the category, the boy group will be competing against other big pop sensations like BTS, Seventeen, Ariana Grande, and BLACKPINK.
The boys made sure to share the good news with the fans and even thanked everyone on Twitter.

"WE MADE IT, A'TIN! We are so grateful for your love and support. We wouldn't have come this far without all of you. A'TIN 'TO! Iwawagayway ang WATAWAT!"
SB19's latest release in 2021 is the song "What?" which now has over 9 million views on Youtube.

Winners of the awards will be based on social engagement, music streams, fan interactions, and global voting and will be announced on May 23, 8 P.M., US time.
