'Nothing but pure intentions:' Gabbi Garcia Sets Up A Community Pantry In Parañaque
Gabbi Garcia just made a contribution for her own barangay in Parañaque: she's helped set up a community pantry!
"Posting this with nothing but pure and good intentions," she wrote in an IG post on April 20, Tuesday, which featured photos of the free produce and other essential food items being given away in her community. "This is to inspire everyone that despite the situation, we can all help each other in our own little way."

Some of the goods included in the community pantry were free ice cream, vegetables, rice, canned goods, and drinking water.
"Thank you to our small community for making this possible!" Gabbi continued. "Thank you also to everyone who stopped by to drop their donations. May God bless you more! To all the community pantries, SALAMAT SA INYO!!! Keep going! God bless your pure hearts! Tayo-tayo ang magtulungan."

In case you're wondering, the whole community pantry movement started when Ana Patricia Non set up the very first one in Maginhawa Street, Quezon City. The arrangement, which pools donations from the community, is able to provide for those in dire need of food and other supplies amid the pandemic.
Congrats, Gabbi!
